Zell Miller: The Worst of All Political WorldsSeptember 2, 2004 I really am going to do some personal updates soon--music and family stuff--but Zell Miller's moronic tirade at the Republican National Convention last night just couldn't be passed up. Also getting ready to dive in to learning Perl, PHP and MySQL on my new server/domain, dougfloyd.com. I'll be building out some ColdFusion-based application work soon in my RD development area. I may even try to get all three servers to work together some how. I'll keep you posted. I've been working with my buddy, Paul Curtis, on a job hunt. He's been a Strategic Engagements Manager for Merant for several years, but was recently a victim of "right sizing." Paul's currently in Portland, Oregon, but looking to relocate back to Arizona.
